“We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. I just want to say they did a wonderful job of replacing our HVAC unit.
Throughout the process McCalls HVAC communicated well on the pricing and what to expect when they removed and replaced the old unit. The installation was flawless as they were knowledgeable about geothermal units and they were courteous, and very respectful of our home. After the installation they cleaned up. The gentleman that came out and quoted was experienced and extremely pleasant and understanding and took care of us. These guys performed like they have been doing this for 19 years. I was honestly impressed with their efficiency. They took all the trash with them, cleaned up their area, and were gone. Not what I would consider “cheap” for pricing but money well spent.“
