“Coastal has been my go to since 2018. And today was another example of why. We got home from a week long trip and the house was a sweat box. Mr. J. Dunnaway was dispatched the following day and with some excellent troubleshooting skills found a very subtle hidden problem with some chaffed wires. Which shorted my thermostat controller. What could have been a nightmare to sort. Our hero sorted in less than an relative short time. He could have probably discovered it sooner if the nosy custumer would have not been hovering. “Outstanding customer service. Found significant issues with our 7 year old HVAC.
We decided to upgrade and go with a new system. We also found with more energy efficient system we qualified for a GA Power rebate and possibly a rate reduction.
Old Coast also provided us with a temporary a/c unit for our bedroom so we could stay in our home with 90* + outside temps.

Once again Old Coast to the rescue. New HVAC needed warranty repairs and they handled it quickly and got us back up and warm.“

“We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. I just want to say they did a wonderful job of replacing our HVAC unit.
Throughout the process McCalls HVAC communicated well on the pricing and what to expect when they removed and replaced the old unit. The installation was flawless as they were knowledgeable about geothermal units and they were courteous, and very respectful of our home. After the installation they cleaned up.
