We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. I just want to say they did a wonderful job of replacing our HVAC unit. Throughout the process McCalls HVAC communicated well on the pricing and what to expect when they removed and replaced the old unit. Phenomenal service from the receptionist/scheduler to the technician. Called two other companies who could not get me in for a week. Mccalls was at my house within 12 hrs, accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the issue the same day for a reasonable price. I appreciate how kind and accommodating every employee was that I spoke to. They are now my PCP for all things HVAC.
