Very professional
I called with an AC problem at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Within an hour, I received a call back from, Katherine, one of the friendliest office managers I've ever spoken with, who set me up with a technician for the following morning. Wesley, also friendly and professional, came out around 11:00 the next morning and within ten minutes he had diagnosed the issue (compressor motor) and helped me find the AC unit's filter, which we'd been unable to detect previously. After consulting with Wesley, we decided to do a full system replacement, given the age of our unit.
