“Rotor Rooter Plumber responded in a timely manner. The qualified journeyman reduced the stoppage, conducted video surveillance of the line to find the problem and the repair requirements. Additional work has to be performed on the old system which will require additional contract beyond the initial problem. Other plumbing agencies did not research to find the systemic problem but Rotor Rooter did.”
“Drake was very polite and professional. He explained everything very clearly and precise.”
“Robert from Victory Plumbing was outstanding. He was contentious and very thoughtful about installing this water cutoff valve in my yard. Really appreciated how he talked me through the installation and was respectful of the yard. The best surprise was the final cost was $100 under the estimate AND I received a military discount as well. Could not be more happy!”
