David, who knows our systems well came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and has taken steps to get the necessary part as quickly as possible. when the part arrives he will return to repair the system.8/28-David returned with a new blower motor, replaced the part, and tested the system to working order. Great job!9/2 - Scheduled maintainance on both systems. As always, David was on time, thorough, checked inside and outside, gave me a thorough review of what he found and an idea of things to look at in his next full service and an idea of cost. He will return for quarterly service/review in December. I understand where things stand and he, as always, was professional.2/5 - Just replaced the primary HVAC system in our house with a new Carrier. The whole process was handled professionally with timely and neat service by courteous personnel. Who can ask for more than that?“
