“Coastal has been my go to since 2018. And today was another example of why. We got home from a week long trip and the house was a sweat box. Mr. J. Dunnaway was dispatched the following day and with some excellent troubleshooting skills found a very subtle hidden problem with some chaffed wires. Which shorted my thermostat controller. What could have been a nightmare to sort. Our hero sorted in less than an relative short time. He could have probably discovered it sooner if the nosy custumer would have not been hovering. “We had a ground water source (geothermal heat pump) heat/air system replaced. The geothermal system is the alternative to an air source heat/air system. Because it is a unique system there are not many companies who service or replace these types of heat/air system. However, McCall's HVAC is one of the only companies that do service such units. I just want to say they did a wonderful job of replacing our HVAC unit.
Throughout the process McCalls HVAC communicated well on the pricing and what to expect when they removed and replaced the old unit.
