I will recommend On Time Air to everyone I know and even those I don't. Scott is an absolute gem of a tech. Knowledgeable, patient, informative and makes sure to go over everything throughly. Grateful for such a dedicated professional. Service was so quick and the work that needed to be done was done same day (other companies take forever). Great communication, awesome Service and 100% professional. In my many, many, many years of homeownership all over the country, On Time air is the best of the best. So happy we also bought the maintenance package as well. Thank you for everything!!
Logan was on time, professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. This was our 2nd appointment of the year and I really feel so much better knowing my dryer vent is clear and my hvac filters clean. Sidenote, the hvac filter did need changing!!!I would recommend OnTimeAir to anyone who wants to know their filters are clean and vents clear!!!

Each person on the team I had the pleasure to do business with (including the owner) is knowledgeable, professional, polite and patient.My experience with On Time started with Sarah who answered the phone. She spoke to me at length about all the items we were looking at during our due diligence period when purchasing our new (old) home and gave me so much helpful information. She didn't rush me off the phone or make me feel like I was a burden even though I mentioned I was shopping for vendors and not ready to commit.
