Jonathan was extremely professional, arrived on time, installed the new thermostat and also recommended improvements that we could make to our HVAC system in the future that could make it function more efficiently. He also educated us in the use of the thermostat to promote energy efficiency and optimal comfort.Services: HVAC system maintenance
I can't recommend Comfort Air enough. I called the AC company that installed and services our unit on Sep 3rd at 7am saying that our unit was not working. Several calls and days later, nobody showed up. We have a 1 year old and 4 year old and our house got up to 82 degrees. Needless to say we were pretty desperate. My wife suggested we try another company in town and called Comfort Air to see if they could come today (Labor Day). Within 2-3 hours an amazingly professional and knowledgable tech named Shaun came out. He assessed the unit, diagnosed the problem, and got us up and running within 30 minutes. The guy that came out was great. He explained what was wrong, showed me what was wrong, and showed me how to prevent it next time. I run my irrigation company and that’s how I treat every customer. It’s such a nice feeling when other companies give me the same courtesy! Makes the bill at the end not hurt as much because you know exactly what you paid for. I’m not sure if all of comfort air is that way or just the guy that came to my house but as for now, I’m giving the whole company the props but emphasis on the tech specifically.
