Does that mean I need a raise he knows what he’s doing. he’s calculated organized and very respectful I just want the owner to give him some recognition for the job that he did. The other companies tried to tell me I needed a new unit. The technicians name was Duke.“

“I had an older unit that just couldn’t keep up and was using way too much electric. After getting several quotes and being, to put it bluntly, disgusted by the prices is when I called Matt. They were out within 24 hours to look at what I had, clearly defined the wants vs. needs, and were very realistic with the install. If my schedule didn’t restrict me then I could’ve had a new unit by the end of the week but they worked with my work schedule. Install was fast, clean, and great. I don’t feel like I’m a number to a larger business and that they genuinely care about their customers. If I do have issues with my unit in the future then I have confidence that they’ll take the repair personally and take care of the issue. I know I won’t get this from the other businesses here. I would choose them again for any future installs or repairs based off of their willingness to do right by their customers, transparency, and their work.“
