“Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly over the weekend - which we were not expecting, as the unit is only 3 years old. We happened to call Dean Custom Air, as they were the number listed on the thermostat (and the company our builder used). From start to finish, the company was amazing to work with. The wonderful woman at dispatch made sure to get a technician to call us within a reasonable amount of time, and they worked us into the schedule that day (without an insane Saturday service charge). The unit went on the fritz again after some troubleshooting, and the technicians came back out twice to make sure that our family had air. It is currently cooling back down and seems to be repaired, but we had an amazing experience with this company and highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and caring - our family has AC during a very hot and muggy week thanks to them. We are so grateful and will continue to call Dean Custom Air for HVAC service needs!“
