Edge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration LLC
“My AC stopped working just hours before I was leaving for vacation on a holiday weekend. It was around 8 PM on a Thursday, and they had a technician at my house within just a few hours.
The technician thoroughly checked everything out and was extremely upfront and honest about what he found. With my unit being 19 years old, I already suspected the worst. He shut the system down for the night and left it on circulation mode so we could get through until the next morning.
The next morning, Tyler came out to take another look and put together options for repairing the system versus replacing it. There was absolutely no pressure either way. Given the age of my unit, I decided replacement made the most sense.
Within just a few days, I had a brand-new system installed. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The installation crew did an excellent job, and I can honestly say they left the place better than they found it.
From the late-night service call to Tyler walking me through my options and the final installation, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Honest, responsive, professional, and dependable. I would absolutely recommend Edge Heating and Air.”
