“I learned about Audra through a common friend, and decided to see if she could help my shoulder (with a bone spur), and help my aching IT band. I thought the shoulder was a lost cause, since I had had it x-rayed, found a bone spur and gotten injected with corticosteroids—with very little results. I was told that I would need arthroscopic surgery if if the steroids didn’t work. But with Audra, I saw improvement after the first session, to the point I felt I longer needed surgery. After the second and third sessions, my pain was totally gone. My IT band pain subsided after the second session as well. It is evident that Audra has vast knowledge of anatomical form, function and movement. I would go even further to say that she is very intuitive about my specific needs. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Audra to anyone with muscular or joint pain, or limited movement. I am living proof that her magic hands can work miracles.“

“The best gym in the area as far as the facility amenities, organization, variety of machines, cleanliness, spaciousness, etc.But the best part of my experience has been due to the personal training I’ve had with Shane over the last 3 months. I didn’t think personal training was meant for someone like me, since I’m not a newbie and I know my way around a gym and don’t have tons of weight to lose. However, I did fall into a slump due to schedule issues, injuries and general life events. I was feeling uninspired and spinning my wheels for the last couple of years, and decided to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I did.My results have been so positive and measurable since we started. Shane keeps me on my toes, he has personalized my training to my level of fitness, which is inclusive of past injuries and imbalances, and he understands how to work through it with me. He cares about my nutrition and my general approach outside of our appointment times, gives me workout ideas to do alone, and keeps it super fun! I’m feeling more and more like the old me and it’s starting to show. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about taking the leap with personal training in the area.“
