One long-term member shared that they have been attending for about 8 years and have had a positive experience overall, despite occasional concerns about members leaving weights on the floor or holding up equipment while chatting or on their phones. Nevertheless, the staff has always been respectful. The gym’s many amenities, including restrooms and easy parking, along with the helpful staff, make LA Fitness a popular choice. Overall, it is a clean, friendly gym with many options to help members stay motivated and comfortable.
I give it 5 stars because the young lady who is at the entrance, Andrea, I always see that she receives people with a smile and good morning, also when there is a problem with the equipment, she immediately takes notes, checks them and if they have a problem, she cancels them until the gentleman who repairs them returns. she also makes sure that everything is clean, thank you.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this gym. I moved to the Winter Garden area a year ago. I’ve struggled to find a gym I feel comfortable and welcomed in. I decided to try out LA Fitness Winter Garden this past Monday. My experience was unlike any other i’ve had before. I was immediately welcomed in by the Club Manager Daniella and another woman named Katlynn. Their customer service was excellent and it was the first time I walked into a gym and felt like someone actually cared.
