This has been my home gym for years. Overall it is adequate but since LA changed this to Esporta things have become a bit dirty. This place is still an excellent value for the money; I just wish they would take more pride in this location.

Good variety of equipment for all levels of experience. Bathroom is always clean. The staff is excellent and caring.The other day my baby was not too happy about me having to drop him off at the little daycare, but the ladies took him and comforted him so I could go work out. As I was working out I couldn't focus because I was concerned, but didn't want to go check in just in case be was calm - I didn't want him to get upset again. I decided to call the front desk and David answered, I explained who I was and that I was in the upstairs cardio machines, told him what happened and asked if he could have a peek to see how my baby was.
