Between my work as a server and my 5 days a week CrossFit training my body was screaming for help! The tightness of my muscles was to much for a simple foam rolling therapy so I decided to book a session with Joe, I followed him on IG and follow his advice on the app that are really helpful! Joe is here in Orlando so why not give the step from the social media to the real world . As an active fitness enthusiast in my 40s inevitably it comes along with regular aches and pains. Mostly from lack of stretching and recovery. When I went to see Joe I was having issues with hamstrings, low and upper back. Joe spent time in the beginning gathering my fitness routine, training methods, and relief I was looking for then did an amazing job providing quality sports massage along with providing stretches and exercises to help me maintain long term. Joe is highly adept. I went in for a general sports massage and he fixed all the tightness across muscle groups. Strongly recommend for those who have seen his videos on IG or are in the Orlando area
