I learned about Audra through a common friend, and decided to see if she could help my shoulder (with a bone spur), and help my aching IT band. I thought the shoulder was a lost cause, since I had had it x-rayed, found a bone spur and gotten injected with corticosteroids—with very little results. I was told that I would need arthroscopic surgery if if the steroids didn’t work. But with Audra, I saw improvement after the first session, to the point I felt I longer needed surgery. Audra is an amazingly talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. I am feeling like my younger self after many years of nagging stiffness and chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, back, and legs. Audra is thorough in gathering your history and listening to your goals in order to create a long-term, consistent program to keep you moving and doing the activities you want to do. This is a not a fluffy, aromatherapy, feathery touch massage. It is a THERAPEUTIC massage, designed to break down old injury and scarring, realign and reposition stubborn, inflammed muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Audra is hands down (pun intended) the best massage specialist I have ever used.

Best massage EVER! Why are you wasting you money with those conveyor belt massage companies — when you can get the most amazing massage?? Audra is truly one of a kind… her massage skills are truly transformative. She also is great at helping with migraines! Go see Audra if you want to feel better!
