Genesis Health Clubs at Orlando Sportsplex is a premier fitness destination offering a range of state-of-the-art equipment, group exercise classes, and facilities. Members can customize their workouts with over 450 pieces of equipment, partner with expert trainers, and enjoy spa-quality locker rooms, an aquatic center, and a kid's area. While some members appreciate the club's amenities, others have noticed a decline in quality and cleanliness. Many report finding equipment and towels scattered around the gym, and some even find the women's locker room unsanitary. Additionally, some members feel that the club has attracted a new demographic with poor gym etiquette, leading to a less-than-ideal workout environment. Despite its luxurious marketing, some members feel that the gym is now prioritizing quantity over quality, leading to a decrease in overall satisfaction.
Overall, it’s a good experience. I’m particularly pleased with my trainer, Gabe. One thing I would say for improvement would be the treadmills are constantly breaking down. Without fail each time I use one it eventually will just stop working and say that technical support is needed. Please fix your treadmills.
Just signed up in January and is by far the nicest gym in Orlando! The staff and amenities are top notch. Jamie was amazing helping me become a member. Even during peak times I find it easy to access and use the machines I need which is extremely rare after 5:00pm anywhere else
Great Gym with a great Squash club. The only courts in the area and the people here that play are friendly and inclusive. No matter what your level it is a great place to play squash.
The club itself is well kept and the staff always seem helpful.
