I love love Body Sculpting because of what it gives me. It is not your typical big gym and that in itself, makes the experience unique and encouraging. It has a very welcoming supportive environment of knowledgeable trainers, coaches and members of all ages. Trainers educate and ensure all members execute the techniques correctly in order to avoid injuries. There’s no intimidation or pretentiousness in this gym. The very friendly, personable and approachable personality of the entire staff to get to know you, educate you and assist you with your particular needs and goals, really sets them apart. If you’re looking to challenge yourself, look no further. This place has it all, excitement and fun, definitely not your average gym experience. A judgement free zone where all are welcome to give it everything they got!
