I was having a problem with my app for weeks! It was stating I was not a member, which clearly I was. I was so frustrated.
I called customer service several times, they tried to help, and were unable too. Finally, someone gave me the email regarding any app issues.
I have been in communication with Jared Reuter regarding my issues and he confirmed my membership, he told me, he’ll work on it and get back to me.
Welp, he did get back to me and resolved the problem I was having.
I deleted the app like he had told me to do, and finally, I was able to add my license and verify my photo!!! He made my day!!!! My issues with the app have been resolved. Thank you so much for assisting me! Means a lot to me.

Every time I come in, she remembers my name and even small details I’ve shared before without me having to remind her, which makes me feel very valued as a customer. ? Even when she’s busy, she always makes sure to give me her attention and check that everything is taken care of. I constantly see her on her feet making sure things run smoothly and helping customers as quickly as possible. Her product recommendations are always great, and it’s clear she really knows what she’s doing. Because of Norah, South Beach has become such an enjoyable experience for me, and I see that she treats every customer with the same kindness and professionalism. ☺️

At my first visit, I went to get relaxer retouch. After my hair consultation Crystal said I didn't need a retouch as I didn't have enough new growth. Plus my hair showed signs of being over processed. She said to give a chance to show me that my hair can be soft and straight without a retouch. I tell you, she did not disappoint. My hair looked and felt like I had gotten a fresh relaxer. She is also very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back.

Oksana is absolutely incredible! She performed an exceptional job on my facial and dermaplaning. Before that, I had never had a dermaplaning session, and she was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. She always checked in to ensure my comfort and was genuinely accommodating. She truly tailors your experience to your skin type and the type of facial or package you choose. I wanted to try this as a trial before my wedding in a month, and I’ll definitely be returning before my wedding to achieve my pre-wedding glow.

I have had many massages throughout my life and no exaggeration Audria is gifted. She know the anatomy and works out the kinks. My husband who works out a lot is there often at least 1x a month. We both are deep tissue folks but need to get back and try lymphatic drainage massage. Go! You will not regret it and these ladies are a delight.

If you’re reading this, get the extended warranty from your hardware store when you buy a water heater! The people here are very nice.. Responsive.. But I wish they charged by the job and not the hour. It becomes stressful! The technicians (Especially the second one) are Very knowledgeable. I never get mad at people for being capitalist… However, it comes to the point where it’s almost better to buy a whole new water heater, and that shouldn’t be the case for a simple part. There’s so much technology that it tells you what is wrong with it by the code on the water heater. (Diagnostic should cost about $50 in my opinion!) I will always buy the best warranty and the extended warranty for now on! I would definitely hire this company again if it wasn’t for the prices.. But this is a capitalist society we live in. I don’t have anything bad to say About tri-care… The problems that I have is with lowes Not them. I read reviews so I like to give them to help people as well.
I had a serious electrical issue that required prompt attention by a licensed electrician. I was referred to Adam, the owner of Young Cardinal Electric. The emergency happened on. Sunday night and very early on Monday, Adam was at my front door ready to handle to issue. The issue required a replacement of electrical panel box in the garage. I was quoted a price that after inquiring with some friends, I was told I was quoted a good deal. The work was done by Adam’s team in record time, and so far, all is working great. Thank you Adam and your team for a professional work. I would not hesitate to hire Adam and his team again.
I had a few issues with overhead lighting as well as switching and sockets. Alan and Bryan arrived today at scheduled time. They were both professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I wanted to get the old 30amp generator inlet on my house upgraded to a 50amp inlet as well as possibly change out/upgrade electric panel in house. The first company I had come give me a quote gave me an insanely high, criminal price, for the job.
Al from Costena Services was the second company to come give me a quote and the cost was more than $11,100.00USD less than the scam company tried to charge me. Needless to say I will never do business with the first company I called.
I will gladly call Costena Services back for any future electric work that I need done though. They did a great job and now I am almost all prepped for the 2024 FL hurricane season.

We had a swarm of Insects at a rental home we own. The renters called a local company who identified the insects as dry wood termites. They wanted to have the tenant move out and tent the house. I called the company we used who referred us Ricker as they dont do termite treatments. I called and spoke to Amber who was amazing. The next day Brian was on site and called me with recommended treatment. I approved it and they immediately sprung into action. As a person who owns multiple service companies I hope we perform as well as these folks. Great Job Rick and Staff. Customer for life.

Great work on my lawn. When AJ took over my lawn care, he commented that the new sod that was installed in my front lawn a couple of years ago left the lawn too high. AJ worked over a couple of months to get the height of the lawn down to the right level so now it isn't sitting so high next to sidewalk and walkways with so much of the root structure showing instead of a nice edged lawn. Great job

I suffered for years with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), with each year getting worse and worse. Fragrance was poison to me. I would get migraines with exposure to fragrance (whether I could smell it or not). Each time I was exposed to a fragrance that I’d previously reacted to, the reactions would come more rapidly. I didn't think anything could be done and I’d just accepted that it was something that I (and my family) would have to live with for the rest of my life. I was referred to Dr. Di Leo by my chiropractor, whom he had helped with something similar. I was skeptical but willing to try anything. After answering more questions about myself than I knew could be asked and some in office tests that were out of the ordinary, Dr. Di Leo had a hypothesis. Once he started putting it all together and spelling it out for me, my hope turned to excitement. Maybe there was something to all of this! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I brought my dog in on Saturday (Jan 3, 2026) because she peed blood on the carpet. They explained that they would take Lily and see if she had an UTI. Dr. Thornhill came in and told me all they got was blood. Lily had a mass on her kidney that I knew about. Doctor Thornhill explained that Lily's mass had burst and she was bleeding internally and that the cancer on her kidney spread into her bladder. I asked if I could wait and let our Vet put Lily to sleep, and she said no. So I made the unbelievably painful decision to let Dr. Thornhill do it. I could not ask for a more compassionate Vet or human being. She hugged me, and said she would go get Lily ready. They eventually brought her into a private room with me so we could have some last minute time. I knew at that point Lily was dying. After awhile, Dr. Thornhill came in and quietly and gently helped my baby cross the Rainbow Bridge. When Lily was gone, i just couldn't stay there. I got up to leave and Dr. Thornhill gave me a big hug and she was crying too. She is a living angel, truly. My Vet (who is a fabulous human)called on Monday morning to say he got all the paperwork from Dr. Thornhill and she was 100% correct in terms of what decisions she made. And I did the right thing as well. God knew Lily was going to cross the rainbow bridge, so he sent me to Dr. Thornhill, who he knew would be a blessing to both Lily and I. Thank You to all the staff who helped my Lily that night. You were all fantastic too.

I cannot speak highly enough about Benny!! He is absolutely amazing and has significantly helped my husband! He has been struggling with neck pain and migraines for over a year. We’ve seen doctors, specialists, had imaging, tried acupuncture, PT and nothing really helped. I found Benny on yelp and read his reviews and thought this might be what we need! We’ve had 3 sessions so far and the change already has been amazing. No more pain meds or muscle relaxers since!! I’ve also had my first session today and felt great afterwards! I cannot recommend him enough. We look forward to our appointments with him!
Emma with relax day spa is great. I come here a couple times a week after work. Emma helps me get rid of the tension in my back and neck from sitting at the computer all day from work. She also has become not only my massage therapist, but also my psychologist. She gives great advice. I highly recommend Relax Day Spa.
