That is what I got today with Lily. It had been a while since I had a membership and she was super patient and very kind. Unfortunately these days we take the time to complain more than we do commend, so I just wanted to make sure that I gave a big shout out too Lily for doing a great job today. As far as the facility, unbelievably clean, organized, friendly what seems to be updated equipment. I'm looking forward to trying the red therapy soon thanks again!“

Every time I come in, she remembers my name and even small details I’ve shared before without me having to remind her, which makes me feel very valued as a customer. ?
