“I just wanted to take a moment and give a big thank you to Lily at Zoom Tan Wesley Chapel. I don't know if any of you have heard of the saying service with a smile? That is what I got today with Lily. It had been a while since I had a membership and she was super patient and very kind. Unfortunately these days we take the time to complain more than we do commend, so I just wanted to make sure that I gave a big shout out too Lily for doing a great job today. As far as the facility, unbelievably clean, organized, friendly what seems to be updated equipment. I'm looking forward to trying the red therapy soon thanks again!”

“I’m writing this review specifically to recognize Norah, the manager at the salon ❤️ She is genuinely one of the kindest and most proactive employees there. Every time I come in, she remembers my name and even small details I’ve shared before without me having to remind her, which makes me feel very valued as a customer. ? Even when she’s busy, she always makes sure to give me her attention and check that everything is taken care of. I constantly see her on her feet making sure things run smoothly and helping customers as quickly as possible. Her product recommendations are always great, and it’s clear she really knows what she’s doing. Because of Norah, South Beach has become such an enjoyable experience for me, and I see that she treats every customer with the same kindness and professionalism. ☺️”
