“My kitty had a high fever and was refusing food and water, they got him in as an emergency walk in right away. Got him diagnosed and treatment started right away. My kitty was eating and drinking later that same evening and up playing the next day. The best stuffed answered all my questions listened to all my concerns. Just the best“

“Absolutely Love this place! We were a bit nervous about leaving our dog for boarding. We've never done that before. The staff at New Tampa Pet Resort welcomed us in to visit and take a tour of the facility. Everything was extremely clean and safe. They had a lot of pets at the time and all looked good. We came back a week later with our dog. He was very nervous when we arrived. We noticed by the pictures they made available to us and the video camera in his room that he was doing great. When we picked him up he looked completely comfortable with the people handling him and he looked happy! I would definitely come back when needed. “I have been taking my pup, Rocco, to this facility for 7 years for boarding and pre-pandemic daycare. We recently moved and I wish I can take this whole building and staff with us! Rocco is dog reactive and quite strong. The staff here have always been accommodating and understanding to us. He also requires anxiety medication and the staff administers that when requested.
