I have not gotten the opportunity to personally use them however, I did want to give them a shout out for cutting down a tree that fell in the middle of the street in my neighborhood to help families get into their houses.
Amazing customer service! And amazing work performed! I am used to the military "hurry up and wait" system, so when I contacted John and Teresa regarding an Oak tree tearing up our sprinkler system and sidewalk, I was expecting a long wait for the permits to come in for tree removal. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick they responded to me and helped me, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the permits came in!
