“At my first visit, I went to get relaxer retouch. After my hair consultation Crystal said I didn't need a retouch as I didn't have enough new growth. Plus my hair showed signs of being over processed. She said to give a chance to show me that my hair can be soft and straight without a retouch. I tell you, she did not disappoint.
