I am so very happy with the professional service provided by Alvarez Roofing and with my beautiful new metal roof! From the first contact they were reliable and knowledgeable. They were very patient with all my questions. I had met with 6 other roofing company prior, and they were by far the one that impressed me the most and offered me a wonderful price. I have a farm and was very concerned about nails or other materials left on the ground that the animals could have access to. They left the place spotless! Even cleaner then when they arrived! They were fast and paid careful attention to all the complicated details of my roof. Safety was of concern to me and all the workers have been there for a long time and were very safe both related to falling and the heat. The whole process was quick and simple. Mr. Leightner is a very honest and kind man. He charged me $3,000 less than other quotes I received. His men were extremely fast - they installed a brand new roof with secondary water resistance in just one day. It looks beautiful and there are no leaks whatsoever. I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the phone with the person that that helped me. It’s very hard to find a company quote online that allows you to pick non-car owner insurance option so I finally decided to call one and direct was the first and only place I called yesterday. Direct auto insurance was actually the very first car insurance I ever bought for myself as an adult 15 years ago and I had a great experience then.. the process probably took about 25 minutes if that it was very informative they answered all of my questions. Let me know deadlines dates and fees and explained everything in detail and I was very very happy with the customer service that I had.. within half an hour not only did I call just to get a quote and the price from direct auto but I also enter the conversation with having car insurance immediately car insurance cards and the letter of insurance and it was so quick and easy and I just can’t say enough about this experience and this person that helped me. They were very friendly personable and helped me all across the board..
