By far the worst experience in any medical office I have ever been. From a wrong diagnosis to not returning calls, waiting 3 weeks for a medication refill. Supposedly other MA’s cannot answer questions because they do not write notes and only “your” MA knows about your case. Clearly disappointed with the service. Also, watch out for the random bill.

Um, the ANRP Bill Kras basically told me, that’s all he can do for my acne skin and gave up on me… He even said something so condescending to me “oh you want perfect skin so bad, when your skin is already good enough.” Note, my skin wasn’t even “good enough” i was still breaking out a lot, acne still worst (plenty of close comedones that’s growing into bad pimples) then he had to say “i want perfect skin” when I’m so insecure about my acne troubled skin already like what… Then basically told me, I don’t have to visit again and no more follow up treatment. Gave up on me like that.

Our Nurse Alana is amazing but the staff here is terrible. My son has alopecia that is responding to treatment but he’s lost his insurance so I am transferring him to a more reputable office that knows their self pay pricing. The assistants here are all rude and condescending. I’ve left countless messages asking for someone to call me and I never get a return call. They will also close the doors for lunch earlier than 1pm as advertised. No one is ever aware of the self pay pricing. No one is ever available to write an excuse note for my son and absolutely no managers are contactable.
