i visited Murray Brothers Plumbing looking for brushed brass and gold shower heads after being let down by the selection and service at big box stores. This was the second time we used their plumbing and septic service for a septic tank pump-out, and it was again a very good experience. We were happy to wait a few days while erik was recovering, and during that time we still had one working toilet, so the situation stayed manageable. He kept in touch through texts and phone calls and always got back to us quickly. We have found him to be honest, professional, and hard working, and he never tries to upsell repairs or charge for plumbing work we do not need. They were able to move up my plumbing appointment sooner than expected to replace a leaking garbage disposal. The plumber arrived right on time, was friendly, and handled everything in a professional way. The disposal swap took about half an hour, and they also repaired a small leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber had missed before. When I scheduled the service, I was given the regular price for a garbage disposal replacement. The estimate was in the middle of the other plumbing quotes I had received, and still close to the lowest one.
