I’m not sure why it was so hard to call ahead to let someone know they are on the way, but they never did until today. The other workers that came here opened a broken gate that I asked them not to and didn’t put back properly. That gate also keeps a 120lb Cane Corso in the back yard so you think they would want to make sure they call ahead…still no. I was about to terminate our contract until Angelo came today. Communication is so refreshing. We walked the yard so I could show him the problem areas. He has also spent more time and paid more attention to what needs to be done. This service is not cheap, and I was getting tired of being asked to pay for half services. I called and asked if he could be the person to start coming here rather than any of the other people. Brothers use great products because I have seen it make a difference in the little that they do, but their technicians need to pay more attention. Thank you, Angelo, for actually paying attention to the yard that my family puts so much time and effort into caring for. s our lawn serive now since March”
