This is had to even give stars for a few reasons.Personally, I can usually find one therapist that I like. The problem seems to be Hand and Stone can't retain the therapists I like for very long. I like to book my appointments every 2-3 weeks and for 3 appointments out, so when a therapist leaves, I'm stuck in limbo.The store itself is super nice, always clean, and a super relaxing environment. I'm honestly not sure if I have bad luck, the store doesn't pay enough, or what.

Absolutely has a amazing 1st time experience today. When you walk in the front desk girls are so friendly and welcoming. Service was very relaxing I highly recommend Jose. It was a easy process checking out and signed up for the membership.

The whole experience was wonderful. Front desk helped me book by phone, she was very pleasant and efficient. The massage therapist was wonderful. Asked my problem areas, made sure the pressure was to my liking, was very knowledgeable, professional, and I felt amazing when I left!
