I want to update again I had a wonderful experience with Dr Jones and vet tech Laura ( I believe). You took wonderful care of Silence with his back issue and made sure all my questions were answered. Knowledgeable,kind and compassionate. I would recommend this emergency vet over and over again.

About two weeks ago, we noticed that our senior cat's breathing seemed abnormal. Unfortunately, it was late on a Friday heading into a holiday weekend. We monitored him closely, but it became clear that he needed medical attention.
We brought him to Urgent Pet Care of Wesley Chapel and called ahead to make sure a veterinarian was available. Lauren was incredibly helpful on the phone and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. She made the intake process quick and seamless during a very stressful time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Urgent Care and the care they provided for my cat, Shaka. Having a pet need emergency surgery is incredibly stressful, but from the moment we walked through the door, the entire team treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure Shaka received the best possible care.
