I brought my dog to Pet Urgent Care because she was disoriented and could not walk good. I thought she had a stroke. I called to tell them I was coming in with her. When I arrived the front desk staff was so welcoming. We saw Dr Baker and she was so attentive, informative and kind. My baby was diagnosed with vestibular syndrome. She is still going through the effects of this but I would like to thank this office for the wonderful care they provided my girl.
By far, the VERY BEST Pet Urgent Care in the entire Tampa Bay area. My sweet Donatella was seen today by Dr. Katy Baker at their Wesley Chapel facility. The personalized care, genuine concern, and superior diagnostics sold me immediately. As soon as you enter the Urgent Care center you are treated like family and your pet is their top priority.... Donnie is currently receiving life saving treatment and I couldn't feel more confident and at ease with Dr. Baker and her staff .. Other urgent care facilities do the job, but the personalized care your pet receives is beyond compare. Their prices are extremely competitive and it's not the top priority.

I can't say enough about the service here! My Aussie is almost 8 and I have never had an emergency with her until today and it was super scary for me. I came here and they got me in so quick, the doctors and techs were fantastic and they were able to treat my dog and get her on the road to recovery. I hope I never have an emergency again but I know where to go if I do. Can't say thanks enough! 🩶🤍🖤
