Crew did an excellent job replacing the bridge. Communication was terrific. Cleaned up as the went. We are so pleased with the outcome. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company.
Walter, the owner, came out to address my concerns of water and mold found in a concentrated area in my kitchen ceiling. He used his camera and moisture ray gun to evaluate the area and surrounding. After finding no hot spots except right at area where duct work was he reached in and took out saturated insulation. The conclusion was the condensation from duct work was the source of water at this time. He gave me a game plan to remove insulation, clean up mold area with anti bacterial soap, paint with kiltz and patch ceiling. Watch for next three months. Also need to call the HVAC company to do a humility test in the efficiency of this brand new handler and compressor....read full review
Walter is one of the pros you want to be in touch with when working on your house. He took time out of his day to give us advice, point us in the right direction and give valid and accurate estimates of work. He is licensed and insured.
