“This may be the greatest repair experience I’ve ever had.

I returned from work and my home AC wasn’t working. The inside control unit was out. I checked all the breakers to make sure it wasn’t electricity and then called Eskimo Brothers. You can imagine my mood thinking it would be days to get an appointment for diagnostics and more time for repair. I went to the internet and called Eskimo Brothers, knowing nothing about the company.

John B answered my call. No voicemail, no waiting. I described the situation and he walked me through a resetting and drain cleaning over the phone! It worked! I am no handy man and don’t have much success with mechanicals. He did it.

“Joe the plumber was very knowledgeable and I believe has our problem solved. We have a problem with no water to our kitchen sink. Turns out it was faulty work from previous plumber. In the mean time, our hot water heater died this morning. Previous plumber left the old hot water heater instead of changing it out after a flood and fire. Joe is trying to move his schedule around to get that heater back in for us today and replace the faucet in the kitchen. Can’t say enough about Joe. He is professional, courteous and trustworthy. “DAVID IS OUR NEW AC GUY FROM NOW ON!! Another company came out and tried to bamboozle us with what was supposed to been a brand new factory blower as ours was not working. The house had gotten to 98. The problem started after 4 back to back power surges earlier in the week and killed our blower. There blower a factory supposingly GE wouldnt even suck a sheet of paper against the filter vent. They said it was working good, when we insisted it was not. Our AC always blew hard out the vents and it was less than a breath of air with their blower. We had them to come take it back out within the hour as the house wasnt cooling. Our neighbor told us about David and we called him after the other company left. He immediately said he could come and check our AC out by the next morning at 8am to 9am. He was there promptly at 8am. He investigated our inside air handler and outside unit and found the freon was good and the blower was of course bad. He had a brand new blower on the truck that we needed. The other company had to find us 1 they said. They charged us for a brand new blower but it didn't blow as mentioned. David thinks they had it running backwards. I even questioned them if that was possible and they assured me no it was running correctly. David is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WONT PULL THE WOOL OVER YOU'RE EYES LIKE THE OTHER COMPANY TRIED TO DO. He came and took care of our needs with a new blower and the blower worked like we have had before ours broke. It blew hard out the vents, it sucked the paper toward the filter vent it was exactly what we needed!!! I TRUELY BELIEVE DAVID AND HIS EXPERTISE AND HE IS AMAZING!! AFTER 4.5 DAYS OF NO AIR HE RESCUED US FROM DYING IN OUR HOME WITH IT BEING AS HOT AS IT WAS!! Call David if you need anything done.“
