This is the second time this year that my AC has acted up. The first time I called Empire they discovered my blow motor was out. Empire gave me NOT ONLY the best price for the part but the installation and service. When I called, they came within a few hours and on time. All was fixed. About 6 months later the AC stopped working. I called again and they were here within 1 hour! They showed me, AND told me exactly what was wrong and how they couldn't repair it with just a simple fix, showing me that their suggestions were NOT just in the interest of them making money. After dealing with so many other HVAC companies that were super sales heavy, disingenuous, and reviews that contradicted all their claims. It was great to have finally have come across Leo who even climbed up into my attic to make sure my existing duct worked supported a longer ton unit, which by the way made me aware of the fact that I probably don’t need a full ton upgrade and possibly lead to bigger problems if the unit it’s too large and cools the area too fast without taking out the humidity.Every other HVAC sales that came along didn’t really do any real calculation or determinations just were quick to upsell me on a unit that was a full ton larger using outdated...read full review

Leo and his crew did a HVAC install with a condenser, air handler and all the plumbing and wiring for my house. They did an amazing job! They are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
