“This may be the greatest repair experience I’ve ever had.<br><br>I returned from work and my home AC wasn’t working. The inside control unit was out. I checked all the breakers to make sure it wasn’t electricity and then called Eskimo Brothers. You can imagine my mood thinking it would be days to get an appointment for diagnostics and more time for repair. I went to the internet and called Eskimo Brothers, knowing nothing about the company.<br><br>John B answered my call. No voicemail, no waiting. I described the situation and he walked me through a resetting and drain cleaning over the phone! It worked! I am no handy man and don’t have much success with mechanicals. He did it.<br><br>Polite, prompt, competent. Highly recommended.”
