“I called Knights AC for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new duct installed in my bedroom. The owner came out to give me a quote, but instead of trying to sell me a $1,200 job I didn’t actually need, he was honest and told me the duct wasn’t the problem. He suggested replacing a $10 vent and explained a couple of simple things I could do to improve the airflow. It worked perfectly.
