“I just found my new AC company!!!<br><br>Jeff and Kelley are the real deal. Very professional in every aspect. Jeff found my refrigerant leak in the evaporator core that the original installer from just 3 years ago could not find. Not only that, he recharged the system to the appropriate level which I don't think had ever been done starting from when it was installed 3 years ago. The outside unit now blows warm air out of the condenser and the house feels comfortable in rooms that have not felt comfortable since we've had this system put in.<br><br>Also when the system reaches temp and shuts off, the condenser used to sound like a car wreck. My original installer told me that was normal. But now since Jeff optimally charged the system using the appropriate subcooling method, the outside unit doesn't have that awful car crash sound.<br><br>Thank you SimpliAIR. “I made a service request on my home warranty policy for a leak from the drain from the air handler unit of my AC system which was only 11 months old. The work was assigned to Lucky’s.<br><br>I Googled Lucky’s and was encouraged by the number of positive reviews I found.<br><br>Their technician Fletcher called on the day of the visit to inform me he would arrive within 45 minutes. He was as good as his word, arrived on the dot and greeted me with confidence and professionalism. He was very personable and listened carefully to my description of the problem. We discussed several possible causes then he immediately got to work investigating.<br><br>He identified the problem as incorrect assembly of the joint between the drain and the cabinet and also found another small item that was contributing to the leak; an opening in the cabinet that should have been plugged to prevent humid air being drawn into the cabinet. Basically both issues were the result of incorrect installation (by others). He then went to Home Depot to obtain the parts necessary for correcting both issues, returned and completed the repairs. He also stayed for 20 minutes while we operated the system both on and off to confirm everything was good.<br><br>Very pleased with Lucky’s and with Fletcher. No fuss, no drama, no nonsense; just honest, competent and professional work. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.”
