“I called at 8 AM this morning to request help as my mini split was having a drainage problem. Pete answered my call and arranged for assistance. Shortly after 1 PM, Kori Morris arrived. Kori always does an exceptional job!. We have been Independent customers sinace 2011. The company has installed new ducts on our 1989 home, a mini split for our sunroom, and upgraded our heat pump when the old unit needed replaced. Additionally the firm services our two units twice a year. I highly commend the excellent support and service they provide! They have been excellent….initially had a problem with a new air conditioner they installed, they came out several times to figure out the problem and get it working. Very professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. Just had ducts cleaned and had a Rene Halo air purifier installed. Would definitely recommend this for allergies. The house smells cleaner and fresh. We’ve noticed a huge improvement with allergies and eye issues. It’s definitely worth having done and Xpress Quality is a great company to do it!Jeanine Recupito“

“This is the second time this year that my AC has acted up. The first time I called Empire they discovered my blow motor was out. Empire gave me NOT ONLY the best price for the part but the installation and service. When I called, they came within a few hours and on time. All was fixed. About 6 months later the AC stopped working. I called again and they were here within 1 hour! They showed me, AND told me exactly what was wrong and how they couldn't repair it with just a simple fix, showing me that their suggestions were NOT just in the interest of them making money. We came up with a solution. The communication and guarantee from this company are excellent. AC is not a cheap thing to deal with and when mine went out the second time they even provided me with a temporary unit to get me by. I can't say enough good things about them. 100/10 I recommend them! Leo and his crew have the best customer service hands down.“

“Plan B gave me a 2nd opinion quote when i was having issue with my AC unit. Keston arrived , inspected my unit and assessed the situation. Plan B quoted me far lower than Acree or 1 Hour AC for the unit replacement i needed. In less than 48 hours they had my new unit installed. Plan B , and Keston (tech who did the installation) were amazing , friendly, professional, thorough, and at no point did i feel like they were trying to squeez every possible penny they could out of me on useless things like UV lamps or static charged filters like some other companies have done to me in the past. They were completely honest with what i needed and quoted a very reasonable price. Plan B is a wonderful option to look in to if youre having AC issues and dont want to be nickle and dimed like the local big names.“

“There are so many different air conditioner retailers in the Tampa area that I didn’t know where to start. A few were recommended and I got quotes from them, but I also got a quote from REM, just to provide additional perspective. After talking to Chris (Service & Sales), in person during our quote, and Joe (owner), on the phone later that day, I decided to go with REM because I was impressed with how well they communicated about my specific set up once they had returned to the shop. When the crew arrived the next day, I was further impressed by how efficient and competent they were. Another telltale sign was hearing how well the installers had been taken care of by their company (I think this is an indicator of the quality of the company and made me feel that I was in good hands). Fast-forward seven hours later and they just pulled away after having done an incredible job. No details overlooked. You could tell they enjoyed their work and got along well as a team. Chris even stopped by personally to provide a QC and Joe called him while he was there to make sure I was happy with the work. I definitely recommend REM and will be using them exclusively in the future!“
