From the moment we called REM after our 1 1/2yo ac unit from ARS froze, Chris Parks came out and within 10 mins he diagnosed the issue. He called out for parts and Hector and Kevin came out delivered and helped Chris. We got taken care of. We felt valued and respected from the moment Chris walked in. We need more servicemen like them. About the cost: Parts needed to be replaced and there was a leak.
I had a great experience with REM Air Conditioning of Tampa from start to finish. My old system failed during the August heatwave, and they installed a new Rheem AC system quickly and professionally.
One thing that really impressed me is that REM uses their own in-house installers a crew of three, rather than third-party subcontractors. This shortened the installation process significantly. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and paid close attention to detail. They took time to explain the system, answered all my questions, and completed the installation efficiently.
