We learned our A/C would not come on on Veterans Day weekend when we were experiencing thermostat errors. Mike came out and was able to diagnose the issue, a short in the outside unit caused a board in the blower to burn up and malfunction. Mike made sure all the replacement parts necessary for the repair were covered under our existing 10 year Rheem warranty. The next morning, Laura in the office was great in letting us know when to expect the repair technician to show up. Just hours later we back up and running with a fully operational and tested system.
