I called at 8 AM this morning to request help as my mini split was having a drainage problem. Pete answered my call and arranged for assistance. Shortly after 1 PM, Kori Morris arrived. Kori always does an exceptional job!. We have been Independent customers sinace 2011. The company has installed new ducts on our 1989 home, a mini split for our sunroom, and upgraded our heat pump when the old unit needed replaced. Additionally the firm services our two units twice a year. I highly commend the excellent support and service they provide! This was our first experience with Independent Air Conditioning. They were recommended to us by a family member who has used them for several years. We are very pleased.
