“Super fast! I called and asked for an experienced tech at 8:31 a.m. and Anthony F. Was at my door within an hour.I have/had an intermittent problem where the fan sometimes wouldn't shut off when the heating cycle was done. (I had another company over 2x with no fix and no possible explanation, but was charged twice.)He suspected a known culprit and replaced a relay, so keeping fingers crossed that the fix is in, in less than 5 mins! So appreciate the experience and response time. Thanks! Definitely recommended!“
