We were referred to Fleming Brothers and earlier today technicians Ryan and Stephen visited and “repiped” the unit. Problem solved and a big thank you to Stephen, Ryan and Fleming Bros. “I called for a problem asking to speak to someone for some technical help with a problem that I had and was told a technician would call me back. Shortly a gentleman named Robert called me back. We exchanged information and pictures of the problem and he offered me a solution. To me that was quite impressive. Robert is very courteous and extremely qualified. “I contacted Ilan (Instant HVAC) based on a very positive recommendation. He responded quickly, gave me a fair quote for the replacement of my old 5 ton unit (including disposal of the old unit) and scheduled installation a couple of days later, installing the unit in less than a day, including building a new platform and drip pan. The new unit works flawlessly and efficiently. He came back the next day to check on our preference for fan speed and adjusted it to how we liked it. Overall, it was a great experience, and Ilan is a true professional and a very nice and thoughtful person. He is tops in his field, and I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs!“

“I called for a second opinion/estimate and Joe immediately tried helping by troubleshooting on the phone, then offered to stop by-arrived 20 minutes later. He was thorough and patient, explaining everything as he diagnosed the problem, confirming the first opinion. Unfortunately he doesn’t do installs anymore but he recommended a another company that installed his own AC! All of this free of charge, he’s awesome.“

“Ultracool is the true definition of quality service and quality products! Neil ,Ram and their crew always go above and beyond to care for our AC needs. I have used Ultracool for many years and have passed the word along to friends ,family, and coworkers who have been just as pleased. When the city inspector came to review our newly installed AC unit ,he even said I wish more companies did their installations the way Ultracool does because it would make his job a lot easier. He said he knows when he sees Ultracool / Neil has done the installation that it was done 100 percent correctly. As a homeowner ,that is definitely what you want to hear after putting money into a brand new ac unit. I am not an easy consumer , i ask a ton of questions and never once did Neil or Ram get frustrated with me . “My AC motor went out and I replaced it myself but then the capacitor went out. I was in over my head and the house was warming up quickly. I was frustrated and so was my family. I called Cedenos on a Saturday. Exactly two hours later Lee showed up at my house. He took one look at the AC system and knew exactly what it was.
