I called them this morning, they got a technician out by the afternoon, and the A/C fixed by the time I got home after work. And they're just great! They communicate, let you know what's going on, how much it all could cost, so you're mentally prepared. Tony came out a few days later to give me an estimate and an overview, he presented me with several options, being considerate of what I was able to pay. He was patient and thorough discussing what could/should be done. Ultimately, we decided on a new unit. The crew of Juan, Gio and O'Neal, came and installed the unit.
