Flemming Bros I have come to find out is a small family owned business over 30 years who services a small area surrounding the Cooper city area and adjacent communities inc Davie/Pembroke Pines/Hollywood with only referrals/word of mouth from current and previous customers. Tristan was amazing as always! He is very professional and knows very well how to repair an A/C. We only request him and thankfully he always comes on time. This time he changed a contactor and capacitor so that our A/c could cool air again. He got on the roof of our building and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Tristan and I am very grateful we can trust him always.

My fan motor was not working properly. I spent hours on the internet looking for a highly rated repair company and after reading several disturbing reviews for most air conditioning repair companies, I decided to call Fleming Brothers. I had already had an estimate from another company that was more concerned about selling me a new unit and discouraging me from repairing my current HVAC system. Their estimate for repair was ridiculous. The same day, Fleming Brothers sent out their " angel" Tristan. He worked so diligently on my unit to find the most economical solution to the issue.
