I needed to have an HVAC unit installed asap. I called air zone mechanical and they responded same day. Luckily the replacement was readily available abd they installed it same day. Installer Esteban and the helper were amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. Go ahead DON’T Hesitate to contact them. I bet you won’t regret it.
They answer the phones on the first callCall back to confirm the hour the technician was going to arrive ( superfast)Technician pinpoint the problem immediately, and had the spare part in their truckWill use again
Airzone responded within 4 hrs of my call and fixed the problem in a few minutes. They also stayed to make sure the system worked as specified and explained how we might fix this type of problem in the future. Excellent service!
