“Ilan is excellent in his advice on how to repair A/C issues efficiently. He came to my home with his teammate and inspected the issue and determined I didn’t need to put armor flex on my pipe and needed to just seal the gaps in the insulation. He taped it up and told me what to monitor and what drywall to cut out to remove the mold in the ceiling. Definitely would call him again for a/c issues at my home.“

“Two nights ago, our air conditioning stopped working. That same night we contacted the company, and they told us they would come the next day to check the unit.
Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.

Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.

I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.

He & his staff were timely in the removal of the old unit, added new support brackets in my closet to assist with the newer unit install, & everything was done on time. I can absolutely tell the difference between the new unit & the old. Professional & polite, I would recommend services.“
