We can't thank enough Big Time Air Conditioning for the first class work they did today!!! Neo he is the CEO and the owner of the company, he can be a case study for any young entrepreneurs on how to be successful and how to be diligent and how to go above and beyond with customer service!!! Neo doesn't just TALK, he WALKS the TALK. He did the first class and superb job with cleaning our ducts and with renewing our AC unit today. Had an issue with my AC unit and the Home Comfort Specialist Felix Oscar went above and beyond on making sure that he left looking at all aspects of the issue. He is very knowledgeable and gave great customer service! Really glad they sent him to fix our issue and responded in a timely matter!
From the initial phone call to the job getting done, the communication and professionalism was outstanding. Not only would I recommend them, I would go as far as to say that you would be selling yourself short if you did not give them a call the next time you need your a/c serviced!
