I had my air conditioner installed today. They were really professional. They worked out in the rain which I felt bad about, but it didn't bother them. I will continue to use Ultracool. The owner Neil is a nice man as well, and did explain my options prior to the installation.
This is a honest company that does exactly what they say they can and will do. From the quote to the installation of the new AC unit was a seamless process. Neil’s knowledge and expertise was exceptional and his staff members all showed the same dedication, from Lori in the office to the installers.
My air conditioning drain line was not draining well for months and getting worse. After reading the reviews of different companies and decided to try this company. I am glad I did. Neil was efficient and honest. I will use this company again in the future.
