We reached out to Richard in a panic on a Sunday morning because our AC was not getting cool and my wife is pregnant. He responded immediately with advice on how to fix this problem and was extremely helpful and professional. Ended up that our AC froze over and we were able to fix it within the hour. Highly recommend this company!

I spoke with the service technician at the office and explained my problem. He told me they were on a lot of calls that day but have gave me specific instructions to solve me AC dilemma. He called me back after a half hour to see if it worked. It worked great and my family is cool again. Thanks for your support.
