They immediately contacted my building, provided their insurance information to the association, and had a technician on their way to fix my ac within an hour. They upgraded my thermostat, changed my filter, replaced the sensor, stopped the water that was leaking, and opened up the vents that I couldn’t reach. The technicians were very nice, experienced, and fast. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because this company is the BEST!“
