“This is an excellent company. On a late Friday afternoon, we discovered that our air conditioner stopped. We called after business hours but our call was still received and their technician came to our house that very night and did his best to revive our old AC. Since the problem was extensive and it did not pay to fix, they offered to credit our AC replacement with the service call charge if we decided to use them for the replacement.

Their representative gave us very clear and understandable information for a replacement unit. We went with his suggestion and our new AC system is excellent. The installation went very smoothly. Their install team worked seamlessly, efficiently and installed our new unit in one day.

Their front office is very attentive with communications and very punctual with forms and keeping in touch. Before a service technician arrives a text is sent with the technician’s picture and time arrival estimate. The technician also calls beforehand.

While all this happened, a relative’s AC also needed work. They were able to accommodate them and fixed that AC unit quickly as well.

While HI-VAC is capable in repairing any brand AC, they are experts with Trane & American Standard. I strongly recommend this company. I am glad we now have a dependable AC company.“

When my 16-year-old AC unit finally died, Nigel walked me through all of my options. He never tried to upsell me and gave me great, fair pricing from the start.

Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.

Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.

I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.

“I’ve used Sunny Bliss plumbing and air on several occasions. So when the air conditioning system in my condominium stopped working, I called in the late afternoon, and the next morning, Yasmany Gomez was dispatched to my apartment. From the moment he arrived and started working on my HVAC unit, I knew that he was very experienced. He spent quite a long time working on my AC and found several problems necessitating a whole new HVAC system. I trusted him when he told me that if he could get it going, that it would soon stop working again. This was initially upsetting because the cost of a new one was quoted as $9400. I didn’t bother getting estimates from other companies, not only because living without an air-conditioner is impossible, but because I trust Sunny Bliss. (I had bought a new AC 12 years ago without doing proper research of the contractor because I was out of town for 6 weeks, and a family member handled it for me. Consequently, the HVAC system ended up being a lemon from the start.) Because I agreed to purchase a new HVAC system, I was not charged for the repair visit, which took a significant amount of time. A Bosch C series was installed by Yasmany and Juan. They were very professional and competent. A crew of men showed up in the morning to remove my old HVAC system. They were all very organized. The job also involved doing some rewiring for the new thermostat. Everything proceeded very smoothly, and I feel relieved to have a new Bosch cooling and heating system. It’s operating so much better than my old one, and it blows the cool air more quietly and efficiently. They say you get what you pay for, so I’m happy to have made a good investment for my condominium in Miami Beach.“
